Exchange or refund policy

- In the event that an error occurs by the store in one of the products, such as receiving a different perfume, damaged or defective, the customer will be compensated and his problem will be resolved as soon as possible, provided that:

- Provide us with a clear video or a photo for the detective product to be submitted to the store management, to approve compensation.

Bazil is keen on the satisfaction of our customers to go through an integrated purchasing experience, so the process of returning the product will be considered and the relevant department will check the order and approved, provided that 20% of the total order's cost will be deducted.
